The sixties brought a new type of home to the development. The western end of the development by Route 73 was developed first, with the eastern portion near Maple Ave not completed. The unfinished lots were purchased and completed with a larger more modern home. One of the first, if not the first one built was on Counts Court and can be viewed in the photo below that was developed in June of 1962.
Some first generation children from the development, including myself reaching over to pet Deputy dog.
